Our house is officially for sale! We signed a contract with our Realtor & a sign went in the yard!We purchased this foreclosure home w/ 2 simple intentions:
* To leave the apt we'd rented upon abruptly moving here
* To flip it (fix and sell)
We never intended this house to serve as a long-term family residence, though it's been fine for the time we've spent in it. Hopefully it'll serve as a wonderful home for its next owner as well. We hope to get a few more tasks finished soon for us to personally consider it "completed" (we can be picky like that!), but we're glad to get the ball rolling to sell. We know God has something great in store, and we can't wait to see where His prompting takes us!
(P.S. Yes, we know the landscaping is ugly! But check out the difference from the "before" pics of the jungle Chris & his dad had to cut down! Don't worry, curb appeal is a task we're completing!)
