As I mentioned in his 9 mo. update, Little Man has been standing and attempts cruising the sofa, too. However, "walking" in a forward motion is an entirely different process! JoJo does ok "walking" while holding onto Mommy or Daddy's fingers, so I wondered how he'd do on his own...
Siah has a really cool little fire engine ride-on toy he enjoys (by FisherPrice LittlePeople, a Christmas gift we got him for only $15!). But it's Kyleigh who still has a stashed-away walk/ride toy, so today we used it to try Josiah's walking skills. Kyleigh was excited to teach him how to use it, and Josiah was excited to learn from her. He gave it a couple tries, with only enough forward momentum & balance for a couple steps before he fell, but it was fun to watch! When he'd had enough, Josiah settled for laying on the floor playing with his sister, which was just as sweet!

Those are fun times. It's so neat watching for an accomplishment of a new stage of development. It's still exciting with the fifth baby!
