Capturing Their True Essence


When creating a family portrait, it's always nice to have a "perfect" picture--everyone looking at the camera at the same time, each methodically posed and smiling graciously. And we have such great shots of our little ones...but such photos do not capture the true essence of our children. Instead, of all the studio portraits our family recently sat for, there was finally one that truly captures who our children really are (I'm even considering blowing it up and framing it to hang over our sofa--it's that sincere of a moment!).

I now present to you "Kyleigh is mellow, Josiah is a crybaby":


Yup, those are our kids!

LOVE IT! That is totally our family right now, only just the opposite. Elenore is typically the one not sitting for a picture and Amelia is all Hakunah Matata
